- Mentor a 15-person global innovation lab across 3 continents
- Monitor emerging tech trends to maintain competitive advantage
Qualifications
- 15+ years in tech innovation, with 5+ years in executive leadership
- Proven track record of scaling ventures from concept to $100M+ ARR
- Expertise in AI/ML, quantum computing, or sustainable tech ecosystems
- Successful $50M+ funding acquisition experience
- PhD or MBA from top-tier institution (Stanford/MIT/Berkeley preferred)
- Published thought leadership in Harvard Business Review or MIT Tech Review
- Fluency in Mandarin, Spanish, or German for global collaboration
