Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 2026 strategic foresight roadmaps for Fortune 500 clients
- Lead scenario-planning workshops with C-suite executives across tech, healthcare, and sustainability sectors
- Author white papers on emerging tech disruptions (AI, quantum, synthetic biology)
- Mentor a team of 8 futurists and innovation specialists
- Forge partnerships with MIT Media Lab, Singularity University, and NASA JPL
- Design and launch Horizon's annual 'Future State' global conference
- Quantify market readiness for 2026 technological inflection points
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or R&D leadership
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, or Cognitive Science
- Published thought leadership in peer-reviewed futurist journals
- Expertise in horizon scanning, Delphi methodology, and trend analysis
- Proven track record of scaling innovation initiatives to $100M+ impact
- Certification in Foresight Methodologies (ACF/ACSF preferred)
- Fluency in exponential technology assessment frameworks
- Portfolio demonstrating 2020-2025 trend predictions with >85% accuracy
