Responsibilities
- Develop 5-year strategic roadmaps for AI, quantum, and biotech integration
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints with engineering, design, and product teams
- Conduct horizon scanning to identify emerging technologies with disruptive potential
- Author executive briefings on future market trends and competitive landscapes
- Build and manage a network of futurists, academics, and industry pioneers
- Prototype future-facing solutions using cutting-edge development frameworks
- Represent InnovateX at global innovation forums and thought leadership summits
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy or innovation leadership roles
- Proven track record of launching future-defining products or services
- Expertise in emerging tech: AI, quantum computing, synthetic biology, or AR/VR
- Experience with scenario planning and trend analysis methodologies
- Strong network within Silicon Valley's innovation ecosystem
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futures Studies
