Responsibilities

- Develop scenario-planning frameworks for Fortune 500 clients navigating exponential change
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align stakeholders on future-state roadmaps
- Produce white papers and predictive models published in industry journals
- Advolve policy recommendations for regulatory frameworks governing next-gen technologies
- Monitor global innovation ecosystems from Silicon Valley to Shenzhen to Tokyo
- Mentor junior futurists in foresight methodologies and ethical tech deployment
Qualifications
- MSc/PhD in Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, or related quantitative field
- 5+ years experience in strategic foresight or technology consulting
- Proficiency in trend analysis tools (Gartner, Forrester, bespoke AI models)
- Published thought leadership on AI ethics or exponential technologies
- Experience with scenario planning frameworks (e.g., Shell's, Delphi methods)
- Deep understanding of quantum computing, synthetic biology, or climate tech
