- Lead horizon scanning initiatives to identify disruptive technologies and societal shifts (2025-2030)
- Develop adaptive roadmaps for product development and market expansion in emerging sectors
- Facilitate scenario-planning workshops with executive stakeholders across global markets
- Author quarterly futures intelligence briefs distributed to Fortune 500 partners
- Build quantitative models predicting adoption curves for breakthrough innovations
- Establish ethical frameworks for emerging tech deployment (AI, biotech, quantum)
- Mentor junior futurists through our Future Leadership Academy program
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or equivalent certification
- 8+ years in strategic planning with demonstrated impact in tech/innovation roles
- Portfolio of published trend analysis or scenario-planning projects
- Expertise in systems thinking and complexity modeling
- Proficiency in foresight tools (e.g., Delphi method, STEEP analysis)
- Experience presenting to C-suite audiences in high-stakes environments
