Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning and trend analysis to identify disruptive technologies and market shifts through 2030
- Develop and maintain the 2026 Innovation Roadmap, aligning strategic initiatives with organizational vision
- Conduct scenario planning and risk assessment for emerging tech paradigms (quantum computing, AGI, biotech convergence)
- Partner with R&D teams to prototype future-facing solutions and validate market readiness
- Present strategic foresight findings to stakeholders through compelling data visualizations and executive narratives
- Establish industry thought leadership through white papers, conference keynotes, and trend reports
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic innovation, futurism, or technology foresight with Fortune 500 experience
- Proven track record translating future trends into actionable business strategies
- Expertise in emerging technologies (quantum computing, AI ethics, spatial computing, synthetic biology)
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field required
- Exceptional data storytelling skills with mastery of visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI)
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (e.g., CFCS) preferred
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ future-shaping initiatives with measurable impact
