Responsibilities
- Develop 2026 technology roadmaps for enterprise clients using predictive modeling and scenario planning
- Lead R&D initiatives in quantum-adjacent AI and neural interface technologies
- Architect ethical frameworks for autonomous decision-making systems
- Present strategic futures to C-suite executives at partner organizations
- Manage a $5M innovation portfolio with quarterly ROI-driven pivots
- Pioneer cross-disciplinary research labs with MIT and Stanford partners
- Author thought leadership published in Wired and Harvard Business Review
Qualifications
- PhD in Computational Physics, Systems Biology, or equivalent with 10+ years in emerging tech
- Published research in Nature/Science on quantum or biotech applications (2019-2023)
- Proven track record of scaling AI initiatives from concept to $100M+ revenue
- Deep expertise in federated learning, neuromorphic computing, and synthetic biology
- Certification in Futures Studies from University of Houston or similar
- Portfolio of deployed solutions addressing climate or healthcare challenges
- Fluency in Python, TensorFlow, and quantum programming frameworks
- Experience with UN SDG impact frameworks and ESG compliance
