Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging technologies, socio-economic shifts, and geopolitical patterns to forecast 2026 market landscapes
- Develop and maintain dynamic scenario models for 3-5 year strategic horizons
- Lead cross-functional workshops to translate foresight into actionable innovation roadmaps
- Author high-impact trend reports and strategic briefs for executive stakeholders
- Identify and vet disruptive startups and partnerships aligned with future strategic vectors
- Represent Horizon Dynamics at global futurist conferences and thought leadership forums
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futures research
- Proven expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and horizon scanning methodologies
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, quantum, biotech, energy)
- Exceptional storytelling skills with executive-level presentation experience
- Published thought leadership in futurism or strategic innovation
- Global network of futurists, technologists, and industry disruptors
