- Produce annual 'FutureScan' reports with actionable strategic recommendations
- Partner with C-suite executives to embed future-proofing into organizational DNA
- Monitor global signals (policy shifts, R&D breakthroughs, consumer behavior) for early opportunity detection
- Design and maintain '2026 Horizon Scenarios' for key industry verticals
Qualifications
- 7+ years in strategic consulting, futurism, or technology foresight roles
- Expertise in trend analysis frameworks (e.g., STEEP, Delphi method)
- Advanced proficiency in data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI) and predictive modeling
- Published thought leadership in emerging technology or future studies
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI/ML, quantum, synthetic biology)
- Experience advising C-suite on 5-10 year strategic planning cycles
- PhD or Master's degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field
