Responsibilities
- Forecast and analyze emerging technological, social, and economic trends impacting 2026+ landscapes
- Develop scenario-based strategic roadmaps for product evolution and market adaptation
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align leadership on future-state opportunities
- Author white papers and thought leadership on disruptive innovation patterns
- Quantify future risks/opportunities using predictive modeling and horizon scanning
- Advose on R&D investments targeting 2026 breakthrough capabilities
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Technology Forecasting, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or technology trend analysis
- Proven expertise in scenario planning and exponential technology assessment
- Deep understanding of AI, quantum computing, and biotechnology trajectories
- Exceptional data synthesis and storytelling skills for executive audiences
- Certification in Futures Methodology (e.g., WFS, APF) required
- Portfolio demonstrating published future-state analysis (2019-2025)
