Responsibilities

- Produce annual 'Future State' trend reports for board-level audiences
- Design ethical AI governance frameworks for autonomous systems
- Manage cross-functional innovation sprints with R&D teams
- Present at global conferences on future-of-work transformations
- Build proprietary forecasting models using predictive analytics
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or tech R&D
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, or related field
- Published thought leadership on 2025+ technology disruptions
- Expertise in climate-tech and space economy ecosystems
- Proficiency in foresight methodologies (Delphi, Horizon Scanning)
- Certification in AI governance frameworks (e.g., NIST AI RMF)
- Experience scaling innovation labs within multinational corporations
