Responsibilities
- Lead the architectural design and implementation of the 2026 strategic technology initiative, ensuring alignment with long-term business goals.
- Oversee the integration of advanced AI models, machine learning pipelines, and predictive analytics into core products.
- Define and enforce best practices for cloud infrastructure, data governance, and system scalability.
- Mentor a team of senior engineers and data scientists to foster a culture of innovation.
- Conduct rigorous code reviews and architectural assessments to ensure system integrity and performance.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify emerging tech trends and assess their feasibility for integration.

Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field (PhD preferred).
- 10+ years of experience in software architecture, with at least 5 years in a leadership role within AI or Machine Learning.
- Deep expertise in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Proven track record of delivering large-scale, complex technical projects on time and within budget.
- Strong understanding of data security, privacy regulations, and ethical AI practices.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of translating technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience with quantum computing concepts or emerging tech stacks is a major plus.
