Responsibilities
- Lead cross-functional workshops to identify and prioritize emerging trends impacting 2026 market landscapes
- Develop scenario-based strategic frameworks for board-level decision-making
- Produce high-impact trend reports and predictive analytics for C-suite stakeholders
- Collaborate with R&D to translate foresight into actionable product roadmaps
- Represent the company at global innovation forums and thought leadership platforms
- Mentor junior strategists in advanced foresight methodologies
- Build and maintain an external network of futurists, academics, and industry pioneers
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or corporate strategy
- Proven track record of translating trend analysis into market advantage
- Expertise in scenario planning, Delphi methodology, and horizon scanning
- Deep knowledge of AI, biotech, climate tech, and neurotech trajectories
- Exceptional storytelling skills with executive presentation experience
- Published thought leadership in industry journals or major media outlets
- Portfolio demonstrating successful 5-10 year strategic impact
