Responsibilities
- Design scalable quantum computing architectures for enterprise-level applications
- Lead cross-disciplinary teams in developing quantum algorithms for machine learning optimization
- Implement error correction protocols for fault-tolerant quantum systems
- Collaborate with hardware teams to integrate quantum processors with classical computing infrastructure
- Develop security frameworks for quantum-resistant cryptography solutions
- Publish research in leading journals and present at international conferences
- Drive patent development for novel quantum computing methodologies
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years of experience in quantum computing architecture or algorithm design
- Proficiency in quantum programming languages (Qiskit, Cirq, Q#)
- Deep understanding of quantum error correction and fault tolerance techniques
- Publication record in quantum computing or high-performance computing
- Experience with superconducting or photonic quantum systems
- Strong background in linear algebra, probability theory, and information theory
