Responsibilities
- Design and implement strategic roadmaps for 2026 technology adoption across multiple industries
- Analyze emerging trends (quantum computing, AI ethics, biotech convergence) to identify disruptive opportunities
- Lead cross-functional teams of futurists, engineers, and designers in prototype development
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite executives and secure buy-in for innovation initiatives
- Establish KPIs for measuring long-term technological impact and ROI
- Forge partnerships with academic institutions and research labs for collaborative innovation
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Technology Strategy, Futures Studies, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years experience in strategic planning with proven impact on tech adoption cycles
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (quantum, AI, biotech, climate tech)
- Strong background in scenario planning and trend forecasting methodologies
- Exceptional communication skills for translating complex concepts to diverse stakeholders
- Portfolio showcasing 3+ technology roadmaps implemented with measurable results
