Responsibilities
- Develop and implement 2026 innovation roadmaps aligned with market trends and technological shifts
- Analyze emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech) for strategic integration opportunities
- Lead cross-functional workshops to forecast industry disruptions and competitive threats
- Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders and board members
- Partner with R&D to prototype future-facing solutions and validate market viability
- Monitor regulatory and ethical implications of emerging technologies
- Build a global network of futurists, academics, and industry pioneers
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Technology Strategy, Business Innovation, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record of developing multi-year tech roadmaps for Fortune 500 companies
- Expertise in emerging technologies and their commercial applications
- Exceptional data analysis and scenario modeling skills
- Strong executive presence with experience presenting to C-suite audiences
- Certification in Futures Thinking (e.g., WFS, APF) or equivalent
