Responsibilities
- Architect 5+ year innovation roadmaps aligned with 2026 technological inflection points
- Lead cross-functional teams in developing patent-pending solutions for climate resilience and AI ethics
- Forge strategic partnerships with NASA, MIT, and global research institutions
- Drive commercialization of moonshot projects through agile prototyping and pilot programs
- Present breakthrough strategies to C-suite and board stakeholders with data-driven ROI projections
- Mentor PhD researchers and engineers in frontier technology development
Qualifications
- PhD in Computational Physics, Bioengineering, or related field (or equivalent disruptive experience)
- 10+ years in R&D leadership with 5+ patents in emerging technologies
- Proven track record of scaling moonshot projects from concept to market
- Expertise in quantum algorithms, synthetic biology, or carbon capture systems
- Published research in Nature/Science with >500 citations
- Fluency in Python, TensorFlow, and advanced simulation frameworks
- Top 1% problem-solving skills in complex multidisciplinary challenges
