Responsibilities
- Develop and execute multi-year innovation roadmaps targeting 2026 market disruptions
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping next-gen solutions (AI, biotech, sustainable systems)
- Analyze emerging technologies and geopolitical trends to identify strategic opportunities
- Collaborate with C-suite to align innovation initiatives with corporate vision
- Secure partnerships with research institutions, startups, and global accelerators
- Present strategic frameworks to investors and board members
- Mentor junior strategists in future-thinking methodologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic innovation or corporate foresight with proven 2030+ impact
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (quantum computing, synthetic biology, etc.)
- Advanced degree in Business, Technology, or Futures Studies (PhD preferred)
- Published thought leadership on technological disruption scenarios
- Experience scaling innovation initiatives to enterprise-level adoption

- Portfolio demonstrating successful future-state implementation
