Responsibilities
- Develop 5-10 year strategic roadmaps for emerging technology adoption
- Lead cross-disciplinary workshops mapping future societal shifts and market disruptions
- Design innovation frameworks for climate resilience, AI ethics, and human augmentation
- Partner with Fortune 500 companies to embed 2026 readiness into business models
- Produce foresight reports and scenario planning tools for global policymakers
- Mentor next-generation futurists through our FutureVision Fellowship program
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or R&D leadership
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ future-focused projects with measurable impact
- Expertise in horizon scanning, trend analysis, and scenario methodologies
- Deep knowledge of exponential technologies (quantum, bio, neuro)
- Certification in futurist frameworks (e.g., CFS, CFIP) or equivalent experience
- Proven ability to translate complex futures into actionable business strategies
