Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 2026 workforce readiness strategies for enterprise clients
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping AI-driven talent development systems
- Analyze global labor market shifts and technology adoption patterns
- Design competency frameworks for emerging roles (e.g., AI Ethics Auditor, Quantum Computing Specialist)
- Collaborate with R&D to validate talent solutions in simulated future environments
- Present strategic roadmaps to C-suite executives and industry coalitions
- Pioneer new methodologies for skills forecasting and workforce transformation
Qualifications
- 15+ years in strategic HR, workforce planning, or future-of-work consulting
- Proven track record developing talent strategies for disruptive technologies
- Deep expertise in AI/ML applications for talent management systems
- Certification in Strategic Workforce Planning or equivalent
- Experience with scenario planning methodologies (e.g., Delphi technique)
- Published thought leadership on workforce transformation
- Mastery of labor analytics platforms (e.g., Workday, Visier)
- PhD in Industrial-Organizational Psychology or related field preferred
