- Manage portfolio of 15+ moonshot projects with $5M+ annual R&D budget
- Collaborate with MIT Media Lab and Singularity University on next-gen prototypes
- Author annual 'Tech Horizon 2026' report read by 10K+ industry leaders
- Build partnerships with DARPA and EU Horizon Europe for grant acquisition
Qualifications
- PhD in Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, or equivalent experience
- 10+ years in tech strategy with 3+ years focused on 2020s tech forecasting
- Published author in Nature Futures or IEEE Technology & Society
- Expertise in climate tech, quantum applications, and AI safety frameworks
- Proven track record of scaling innovations from concept to $100M+ market impact
- Proficiency in scenario planning tools (e.g., Causal Layered Analysis)
- Fluency in at least two programming languages (Python, R) and data visualization
- Experience securing federal innovation grants ($500K+ awards)
