Responsibilities
- Lead strategic planning for 2026 technology roadmap including AI, quantum computing, and biotech integrations
- Drive innovation through R&D initiatives and proof-of-concept development
- Collaborate with engineering, design, and product teams to align vision with execution
- Analyze emerging tech trends and market disruptions to inform strategic decisions
- Manage innovation sprints and prototype development cycles
- Present findings and roadmaps to executive stakeholders and investors
- Build and lead a high-performing innovation lab team
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology innovation or product development with 5+ in leadership
- Proven track record of launching disruptive tech products or solutions
- Expertise in emerging technologies (AI/ML, blockchain, AR/VR, quantum computing)
- Strategic foresight with ability to map long-term tech trajectories
- Exceptional cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder management
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Portfolio demonstrating innovation leadership and successful project outcomes
