- Develop and execute the 2026 technology innovation roadmap, aligning with market trends and business objectives
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping and scaling breakthrough technologies
- Identify and evaluate emerging technologies (quantum computing, AI ethics, sustainable tech) for strategic adoption
- Present innovation strategies to executive stakeholders and investor boards
- Build and maintain partnerships with academic institutions, startups, and industry leaders
- Drive R&D initiatives with $5M+ annual innovation budget
- Mentor talent in emerging tech disciplines to build future-ready capabilities
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology innovation or R&D leadership
- Proven track record of launching technologies that achieved $50M+ market impact
- Expertise in future forecasting methodologies (scenario planning, Delphi analysis)
- Deep understanding of quantum computing, AI governance, or circular economy tech
- Experience managing cross-continental innovation teams and budgets
- Published thought leadership in tech journals or industry conferences
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futurism
- Fluency in English with exceptional executive communication skills
