- Forge strategic partnerships with research institutions and disruptor startups
- Present innovation frameworks to C-suite and board stakeholders
- Mentor junior innovators in future-proof methodologies
- Secure $5M+ annual innovation budget through compelling business cases
Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech innovation or product development with 5+ years in leadership
- Proven track record delivering 3+ breakthrough products/services with measurable market impact
- Expertise in emerging technologies: AI/ML, blockchain, IoT, or quantum computing
- Experience building innovation pipelines from ideation to commercialization
- Advanced degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or Innovation Management
- Strong financial acumen for budget management and ROI modeling
- Exceptional communication skills for executive-level presentations
