- Certification in futures thinking or strategic foresight (e.g., CFTE, CFS)
- Advanced proficiency in innovation frameworks (e.g., Blue Ocean Strategy, S-curves)
- Demonstrated ability to secure $1M+ innovation funding
- Experience scaling agile teams across global markets
- Master's degree in Engineering, Business, or Futures Studies
