Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech innovation with 5+ in leadership roles
- Deep expertise in quantum computing, AI/ML, or blockchain architectures
- Proven track record delivering scalable tech roadmaps with measurable ROI
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science/Engineering preferred
- Strong background in cross-functional team leadership and agile methodologies
- Experience with metaverse development or decentralized systems
- Published research in emerging tech or innovation strategy
