Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 2026 technology roadmaps integrating AI, quantum computing, and immersive experiences
- Lead cross-functional teams of engineers, designers, and product strategists
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify emerging opportunities
- Secure strategic partnerships with industry disruptors and academic institutions
- Present innovation frameworks to C-suite executives and board members
- Mentor talent in future-focused methodologies and agile transformation
- Drive R&D initiatives with $5M+ annual innovation budget
Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech innovation with 5+ years in leadership roles
- Expertise in emerging tech: AI/ML, blockchain, AR/VR, or quantum computing
- Proven track record of launching market-defining products
- Strategic planning with PMP or equivalent certification
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Experience scaling teams from 10 to 100+ professionals
- Published thought leadership in tech innovation (patents, whitepapers, keynotes)
- Fluency in data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI) and prototyping platforms
