Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 5-year innovation roadmaps aligned with 2026 technological inflection points
- Lead cross-functional teams of AI researchers, sustainability experts, and product architects
- Identify and prioritize emerging technologies (quantum computing, synthetic biology, neuro interfaces)
- Secure $50M+ in strategic partnerships and venture capital for innovation incubation
- Present future-vision frameworks to C-suite and board stakeholders quarterly
- Establish industry-wide standards for ethical innovation and sustainable deployment
- Mentor a 20-person innovation lab in rapid prototyping and market validation
Qualifications
- 15+ years in strategic innovation with proven impact on multi-billion dollar markets
- Advanced degree in Futuristics, Systems Engineering, or equivalent experience
- Portfolio of launched products/services solving 2020-2030 global challenges
- Expertise in scenario planning, technology forecasting, and disruption modeling
- Deep knowledge of climate tech, AI ethics, and human augmentation trends
- Credible network of Fortune 500 innovation leaders and academic pioneers
- Fluency in quantitative and qualitative foresight methodologies
- Exceptional communication skills translating complex futures to actionable strategy
