Responsibilities
- Define the 2026 Roadmap: Create and maintain a comprehensive strategic roadmap for the company, identifying key milestones, technologies, and market opportunities for the 2026 fiscal year.
- Trend Forecasting: Monitor global tech ecosystems to predict disruptions in AI, quantum computing, and automation, translating them into actionable business insights.
- Strategic Partnerships: Identify and evaluate potential acquisition targets, partnerships, or R&D collaborations that align with the 2026 vision.
- Cross-Functional Leadership: Collaborate with C-suite executives and department heads to align technical capabilities with business objectives.
- Resource Allocation: Direct budget planning and resource allocation for innovation initiatives and long-term projects.
Qualifications
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in strategic planning, product management, or technology consulting, with at least 5 years in a leadership capacity.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
- Strategic Mindset: Proven ability to think long-term and translate complex data into clear, actionable strategies.
- Tech Savvy: Deep understanding of emerging technologies (AI, Blockchain, IoT) and their potential impact on the market by 2026.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex ideas to diverse stakeholders.
