Qualifications
- 15+ years in strategic innovation or R&D leadership
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, or equivalent
- Published work in peer-reviewed foresight publications (e.g., Futures, Technological Forecasting)
- Experience with scenario planning tools (e.g., Causal Layered Analysis)
- Track record of launching technologies with 10B+ market impact
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (quantum, AGI, synthetic biology)
- Fluency in strategic foresight methodologies (Delphi, Cross-Impact Matrix)
