Responsibilities
- Strategic Vision: Own and articulate the 2026 Strategic Roadmap, translating complex technological trends into actionable product milestones.
- Product Lifecycle Management: Oversee the full product lifecycle from ideation and concept validation to launch and post-launch analysis.
- R&D Collaboration: Work closely with the R&D division to integrate cutting-edge AI and automation into core product features.
- Stakeholder Management: Communicate complex product strategies to executive stakeholders, investors, and technical teams with clarity and precision.
- Data-Driven Decisions: Utilize advanced analytics to validate product hypotheses and drive key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Team Leadership: Mentor a high-performing product team, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Product Management, or a related technical field; Master’s degree is preferred.
- Experience: 8+ years of experience in product management, with at least 3 years in a leadership role focusing on AI or future-tech.
- Strategic Thinking: Proven ability to look 3-5 years into the future and build scalable roadmaps that align with business goals.
- Technical Acumen: Strong understanding of software development lifecycles, cloud architecture, and machine learning basics.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, capable of simplifying complex concepts for diverse audiences.
- Agile Mastery: Deep expertise in Agile and Scrum methodologies.
