Responsibilities
- Define and execute the 2026 Strategic Roadmap for emerging technologies.
- Lead cross-functional teams in researching and prototyping next-generation solutions.
- Identify disruptive trends (AI, Quantum, Bio-tech) and assess their impact on current business models.
- Collaborate with C-suite executives to translate futuristic concepts into actionable product lines.
- Oversee the development of pilot programs for Holistic Tech Ecosystems.
- Manage a budget of $2M+ for R&D initiatives.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in Technology Strategy, Product Management, or R&D.
- Deep understanding of Emerging Tech trends, specifically AI and Quantum Computing.
- Proven track record of leading innovation initiatives that resulted in market disruption.
- Experience in the United States market with familiarity in regulatory environments.
- Strong ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business Administration (MBA preferred).
