- Develop and implement 5-year technology foresight frameworks using predictive modeling and trend analysis
- Lead cross-functional initiatives to integrate emerging technologies (quantum, neuromorphic AI, biocomputing)
- Establish strategic partnerships with academic institutions and global R&D labs
- Present future technology scenarios to C-suite executives and board members
- Drive innovation sprints focused on 2026+ use cases in sustainability and human augmentation
- Mentor junior futurists and build a world-class foresight analytics team
- Author thought leadership publications on technological singularity preparedness
Qualifications
- 15+ years in technology strategy with 5+ years in futurism or emerging tech forecasting
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Systems Engineering, or Futures Studies
- Proven track record of successful tech adoption cycles (blockchain, AI, etc.)
- Expertise in scenario planning and horizon scanning methodologies
- Deep understanding of ethical implications of exponential technologies
- Published author or conference speaker on future technology trends
- Proficiency in Python/R for predictive modeling and data visualization
- Certification in Strategic Foresight or equivalent program
