You'll collaborate with C-suite executives, research labs, and global innovation partners to shape products and services that anticipate future human needs.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive technology foresight framework for 2026-2030
- Analyze emerging trends in AI, quantum computing, biotech, and sustainable tech
- Create strategic roadmaps for product development aligned with future market demands
- Present visionary insights to executive leadership and board members
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints with R&D and engineering teams
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and tech incubators
- Produce annual futurist reports and scenario planning documents
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning or innovation management
- Proven track record of forecasting technological disruption (2018-2025)
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Technology Management, or related field
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging technology domains
- Exceptional data analysis and scenario modeling skills
- Experience presenting complex futuristic concepts to non-technical stakeholders
- Published thought leadership in technology futurism or innovation strategy
- Certification in Futures Thinking or Strategic Foresight (preferred)
