Responsibilities
- Analyze and synthesize emerging technology trends (AI, quantum computing, biotech) to develop 2026+ strategic roadmaps
- Lead cross-functional teams in executing future-focused innovation initiatives
- Present strategic insights to executive stakeholders and board members
- Develop scenarios for technological disruption and prepare mitigation/adaptation strategies
- Collaborate with R&D to prototype 2026-relevant solutions
- Establish KPIs for measuring future-readiness and innovation ROI
Qualifications
- Minimum 8 years in strategic technology planning or innovation leadership
- Proven expertise in foresight methodologies (horizon scanning, scenario planning)
- Deep understanding of emerging tech domains (AI, Web3, quantum computing)
- Exceptional communication skills for translating complex concepts
- Advanced degree in Technology Management, Business Strategy, or related field
- Certification in Foresight or Innovation Management preferred
- Portfolio demonstrating future-tech strategy implementations
