- Partner with product teams to integrate future-proofing principles into development lifecycles
- Present strategic forecasts to executive leadership and investor stakeholders
- Establish cross-functional innovation labs for prototyping next-gen solutions
- Monitor regulatory shifts and ethical implications of breakthrough technologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning with 5+ years in futurism or emerging tech roles
- Proven expertise in developing multi-year tech roadmaps for Fortune 500 companies
- Deep knowledge of exponential technologies (AI/ML, blockchain, biotech) and adoption curves
- Certification in Futures Studies or Technology Foresight preferred
- Exceptional data storytelling skills with executive-level presentation experience
- Published thought leadership in tech journals or industry conferences
- Experience with scenario planning frameworks (e.g., Delphi, Horizon Scanning)
- Master's degree in Technology Management, Business, or related field
