- Build ethical governance protocols for autonomous systems
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Systems Engineering, or Futurology
- 10+ years in tech strategy with top-tier firms (Google, SpaceX, DeepMind)
- Published peer-reviewed research on AI ethics or quantum applications
- Portfolio of implemented tech roadmaps with measurable ROI
- Expertise in foresight methodologies (Delphi, Horizon Scanning)
- Fluency in Mandarin and Spanish for global stakeholder engagement
- Track record of predicting tech trends (2018-2025 validated)
