Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging tech trends (quantum computing, neural interfaces, AGI) and develop strategic implementation roadmaps
- Produce forward-looking white papers and scenario-planning frameworks for 2026-2030 technological landscape
- Partner with R&D to de-risk experimental technologies and accelerate viable innovations to market
- Design ethical governance frameworks for next-generation AI and automation systems
- Lead executive workshops on future-proofing business models against technological disruption
- Identify and secure strategic partnerships with academic institutions and innovation hubs
- Monitor geopolitical shifts affecting tech adoption and adapt strategies accordingly
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futurology, Systems Engineering, or related field (PhD preferred)
- Minimum 7 years experience in technology strategy or innovation consulting
- Proven track record of predicting market shifts (include 3+ validated trend forecasts)
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging technology domains (e.g., quantum, biotech, AGI)
- Exceptional systems thinking with ability to model complex multi-variable scenarios
- Published thought leadership in peer-reviewed journals or industry publications
- Experience advising Fortune 500 companies on technology transformation
- Proficiency in strategic foresight methodologies (e.g., Delphi, Horizon Scanning)
