Responsibilities
- Forecast and analyze emerging technological and societal trends through 2026 horizon scanning
- Develop strategic frameworks integrating AI, biotech, and climate resilience innovations
- Collaborate with C-suite executives to align future vision with corporate strategy
- Lead cross-functional workshops to build consensus around long-term roadmaps
- Author white papers and thought leadership pieces on paradigm-shifting developments
- Manage a portfolio of future-focused pilot projects with $5M+ budgets
- Represent FutureHorizon at global forums including Davos and TED Futures
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Technology Forecasting, or related field
- Minimum 8 years experience in strategic foresight or innovation consulting
- Proven track record of predicting tech adoption curves (provide case studies)
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains: AGI, quantum computing, or synthetic biology
- Exceptional data visualization skills with proficiency in trend-mapping tools
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (e.g., AC/FS) preferred
- Published thought leadership in HBR, MIT Tech Review, or equivalent
- Fluency in Mandarin or Arabic for global stakeholder engagement
