Responsibilities
- Analyze and forecast 2026+ tech/societal trends using proprietary AI-driven horizon scanning tools
- Develop strategic frameworks for quantum computing, AI ethics, and sustainable tech adoption
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints with R&D, product, and executive stakeholders
- Author white papers and scenario plans for board-level decision-making
- Build and manage a global network of futurists and academic partners
- Translate complex future scenarios into actionable product roadmaps
- Advise C-suite on existential risks and breakthrough opportunities
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or equivalent with 5+ years applied experience
- Portfolio demonstrating published trend analysis or scenario planning projects
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (quantum, biotech, AR/VR, climate tech)
- Proficiency in strategic foresight methodologies (horizon scanning, Delphi, causal layered analysis)
- Exceptional storytelling skills for communicating complex futures to diverse audiences
- Experience with predictive analytics tools (e.g., GPT-4, Trendalyzer, Palantir)
- Track record of influencing enterprise-level strategic decisions
