- Develop strategic roadmaps integrating AI, quantum computing, and sustainable innovations
- Lead scenario-planning workshops for executive leadership and product teams
- Produce high-impact trend reports and predictive models for board-level decisions
- Build partnerships with academic institutions and R&D labs to capture emerging paradigms
- Translate complex future scenarios into actionable product roadmaps and investment priorities
- Mentor junior strategists in foresight methodologies and innovation frameworks
Qualifications
- 7+ years in strategic planning, consulting, or corporate foresight with Fortune 500 experience
- Advanced degree in Technology Forecasting, Strategic Management, or Futures Studies
- Proven track record of developing and executing multi-year innovation roadmaps
- Expertise in horizon scanning, scenario planning, and systemic analysis methodologies
- Deep knowledge of exponential technologies (AI, biotech, quantum, Web3)
- Exceptional storytelling skills with executive-level presentation portfolio
- Certification in Strategic Foresight or Innovation Management preferred
