Your work will directly influence $500M+ portfolios across tech, sustainability, and human augmentation sectors.
Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging technologies (quantum computing, biotech, AI) and societal shifts to identify strategic opportunities through 2026
- Develop scenario-planning frameworks for Fortune 500 clients navigating disruptive market transitions
- Produce quarterly trend reports with actionable insights for executive decision-making
- Lead innovation workshops with R&D teams to prototype future-proof business models
- Build and maintain an expert network of futurists, academics, and industry pioneers
- Represent Horizon Dynamics at global forums (World Economic Davos, TechCrunch Disrupt)
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field with 5+ years applied experience
- Proven track record of translating complex foresight into executable business strategies
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging domains: quantum applications, neurotech, or climate resilience
- Exceptional data visualization skills (Tableau, Flourish) for communicating future scenarios
- Published thought leadership in peer-reviewed journals or industry publications
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (e.g., MFSc, CFSP) preferred
