What You'll Achieve: Lead cross-functional teams in developing 3-5 year strategic foresight frameworks, collaborate with C-suite executives on technology adoption roadmaps, and establish thought leadership through whitepapers and industry conferences. You'll pioneer our entry into quantum computing, AI ethics, and sustainable tech ecosystems.
Responsibilities
- Develop and publish annual 2026 Technology Horizon Reports identifying disruptive forces across 15+ industries
- Design scenario-planning models for climate-resilient infrastructure and circular economy transitions
- Lead Future Labs workshops with Fortune 500 partners to co-create next-gen solutions
- Establish KPIs for emerging technology adoption rates and ROI forecasting
- Author quarterly strategic briefs for the Board of Directors on macro-trend impacts
- Mentor a team of 3 futurists and data scientists using proprietary trend-analysis platforms
- Represent Innovatech at Davos, Web Summit, and Singularity University events
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Technology Forecasting, or Strategic Foresight (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in strategic planning at Fortune 100 companies or Big Tech
- Proven expertise in systems thinking, scenario planning, and trend analysis methodologies
- Published thought leadership in Harvard Business Review or MIT Technology Review
- Certification in APMF (Advanced Professional in Futures) or equivalent
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ successful technology adoption roadmaps
- Fluency in at least two future simulation platforms (e.g., STELLA, AnyLogic)
- Experience with blockchain, biotech, or space commercialization ecosystems
