Responsibilities
- Develop horizon-scanning frameworks identifying disruptive technologies and societal shifts (2026-2030)
- Design and execute strategic roadmaps for organizational adaptation to future scenarios
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints with R&D, product, and sustainability teams
- Produce trend reports and foresight briefs for C-suite stakeholders
- Build partnerships with academic institutions and think tanks
- Champion ethical innovation and responsible AI implementation
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or future-focused leadership
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field
- Proven track record in scenario planning and trend analysis
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (quantum, biotech, climate tech)
- Exceptional communication skills for translating complex futures into actionable strategies
- Portfolio demonstrating published foresight work or implemented future-proof initiatives
