Responsibilities
- Analyze converging technologies (quantum computing, synthetic biology, AGI) and their societal implications by 2026
- Develop scenario-based strategic roadmaps for Fortune 500 clients navigating future market disruptions
- Lead cross-functional workshops to integrate future-proofing methodologies into product roadmaps
- Produce thought leadership reports on macro-trends reshaping industries post-2025
- Collaborate with R&D teams to prototype future-facing solutions for climate resilience and digital sovereignty
- Build and curate a global network of futurists, technologists, and policy influencers
- Translate complex foresight frameworks into actionable executive recommendations
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, Technology Innovation, or equivalent experience
- 7+ years in strategy consulting, R&D leadership, or futurism with Fortune 500 exposure
- Proven expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and horizon scanning methodologies
- Deep knowledge of emerging tech trajectories (quantum, AGI, neurotech) and ethical implications
- Exceptional storytelling skills with ability to distill complex futures into compelling narratives
- Experience presenting C-suite executives and boards on strategic transformation
- Certification in strategic foresight (e.g., CFMP, APF) preferred
