Responsibilities
- Analyze and forecast emerging technologies, market trends, and societal shifts with 2026+ horizon impact
- Develop strategic frameworks for AI integration, quantum computing adoption, and decentralized systems
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align teams on future-focused initiatives and innovation priorities
- Produce trend reports and scenario analyses for executive decision-making and investor communications
- Identify disruptive threats and opportunities in adjacent markets and emerging ecosystems
- Build and nurture a global network of futurists, technologists, and industry pioneers
- Translate complex future scenarios into actionable business strategies and product roadmaps
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Technology Strategy, or related quantitative/qualitative field
- 7+ years experience in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or technology forecasting
- Proven track record of developing and implementing future-oriented business strategies
- Deep expertise in exponential technologies (AI, biotech, quantum computing, Web3)
- Exceptional data modeling, scenario planning, and trend analysis capabilities
- Published thought leadership in futurism or technology strategy (preferred)
- Experience advising Fortune 500 companies on digital transformation initiatives
