Responsibilities
- Analyze macroeconomic, technological, and societal shifts to forecast 2026+ industry disruptions using proprietary AI-driven foresight tools
- Develop future-proof business frameworks for C-suite executives, focusing on climate resilience, AI ethics, and decentralized systems
- Lead cross-functional workshops to co-create innovation roadmaps with clients in quantum computing and bio-convergence spaces
- Produce executive-grade trend reports and scenario-planning models for strategic board presentations
- Establish partnerships with MIT Media Lab, Singularity University, and other future-focused research institutions
- Mentor junior futurists in horizon scanning methodologies and systemic thinking frameworks
Qualifications
- Master's or PhD in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field with 7+ years of strategic consulting experience
- Proven expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and disruption modeling for Fortune 500 clients
- Deep knowledge of emerging technologies (quantum computing, synthetic biology, Web3.0) and their societal implications
- Exceptional presentation skills with executive-level portfolio showcasing 2020-2025 trend predictions
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (e.g., from University of Houston or AC/SF) required
- Fluency in data visualization tools (Tableau, Flourish) and Python for trend modeling
- Published thought leadership in Harvard Business Review or similar tier-1 publication
