Responsibilities
- Develop and publish annual '2026 Horizon Reports' analyzing disruptive technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech)
- Design strategic scenarios for 5-10 year business transformation roadmaps
- Lead cross-functional workshops with C-suite executives on future-proofing operations
- Conduct ethnographic research to identify emerging consumer behavior patterns
- Build predictive models using proprietary foresight methodologies
- Present findings at global innovation forums and publish in top-tier journals
- Mentor junior futurists on advanced trend analysis techniques
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 7+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futurist role
- Proven track record of forecasting technology adoption with 85%+ accuracy
- Expertise in scenario planning, Delphi methods, and horizon scanning
- Published thought leadership in peer-reviewed foresight publications
- Experience advising Fortune 500 executives on transformational strategy
- Proficiency in data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI) and trend analysis software
