Responsibilities
- Develop and publish the annual Horizon 2026 Foresight Report, identifying disruptive trends across AI, biotech, quantum computing, and sustainable infrastructure
- Lead strategic scenario-planning workshops for executive leadership, building 3-5 year innovation roadmaps with quantified ROI projections
- Establish and nurture global futurist networks with MIT Media Lab, Singularity University, and emerging tech accelerators
- Architect corporate innovation frameworks for rapid prototyping of 2026-ready products and services
- Present keynote futurist briefings at industry conferences and investor summits
- Mentor a dedicated foresight team of trend analysts and scenario planners
Qualifications
- Minimum 7 years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or future-focused product development
- Proven expertise in emerging technology analysis with published research on 2025+ trends
- Exceptional systems thinking and scenario-planning methodologies (e.g., Delphi, STEEPLE)
- Experience with quantum computing or neurotech implementation strategy
- Demonstrated success in translating futurism into commercial innovation pipelines
- Advanced degree in Futuristics, Systems Engineering, or Innovation Management
- Portfolio of published foresight work with measurable industry impact
