- Present compelling future scenarios to stakeholders and guide cross-functional implementation
- Establish KPIs for measuring long-term strategic outcomes and innovation ROI
- Build and lead a specialized futurist think tank of external experts and internal pioneers
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategy consulting or corporate innovation with proven foresight track record
- Deep expertise in emerging technologies and their socioeconomic implications
- Exceptional data synthesis and scenario modeling capabilities (e.g., Delphi method, backcasting)
- Experience presenting to executive boards and Fortune 500 leadership teams
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related quantitative field

- Proficiency in strategic foresight tools (Horizon scanning, weak signal analysis)
